Panthers on the Prowl: RodsbyDru Supports ACS with Custom Splatter Panther

There’s a new cat in town—and we couldn’t be more honored to be part of it! RodsbyDru is proud to join Panthers on the Prowl, a special fundraiser in association with the Florida Panthers to support the American Cancer Society.
This incredible initiative, backed by Bill and Julie Zito, brings together art, community, and philanthropy to support cancer research and patient services—all while celebrating Florida’s iconic wildlife and hockey pride. Life-sized panther sculptures will be displayed throughout South Florida, each one a striking symbol of strength, resilience, and the united fight against cancer.
Our Splatter Panther
Thanks to our friends Kris and Stacey Telenzak, we were able to run wild with our signature splatter technique on one of the panther sculptures. This piece is more than just an art project—it carries very special names woven into the design, honoring loved ones and their battles with cancer.
The finishing touch came with help from Maclaren Chevalier, who detailed the eyes and truly brought the panther to life. Using FL Panthers colors, we created a bold, one-of-a-kind piece of art that tells a story of both courage and community.
